    Our monthly fee covers all ongoing costs associated with hiring talent, including transfer costs, taxes, employee charges, and a flat fee for COBRA. Optional benefits are also included in the monthly fee on a proportional basis. Please note that this fee does not cover extra hours or other extraordinary expenses.

  • 8. What is the cost of your headhunting services?
    Our headhunting services are typically priced at a fee equal to one month's salary or payment for the hired talent. However, if you sign up for our talent management services with a contract of at least 12 months, this fee will be waived
  • 9. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
    We have a satisfaction guarantee, if the talent you hired does not meet your expectations within 3 months we will find a replacement for no additional cost, regardless of the contract lenght.
  • 10. How long do your contracts typically last?
    Our contracts generally have a duration of 12 months and are typically renewed on an indefinite basis. While we are flexible in terms of contract length, we recommend that our clients commit to a 12-month contract in order to attract higher quality talent. This longer commitment demonstrates a level of stability and security that can be attractive to top candidates.

    Yes, we provide ongoing support and guidance for both clients and talent throughout the duration of the contract. This includes regular communication and check-ins to address any issues or concerns that may arise, as well as regular catch-up calls to monitor the motivation and other levels of our talent and prevent potential problems. We are committed to maintaining strong relationships with both our clients and talent and are always available to provide guidance and support as needed.

    Yes, our services are designed to support remote work and allow you to work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable internet connection. We are currently working with talent from Latin America and are equipped to support remote work arrangements. At our company, we value our talent and understand the importance of work-life balance. By allowing our talent to work remotely, we hope to provide them with the flexibility to be closer to their families and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

    Most of our positions are remote, but in some cases, we may offer hybrid work arrangements where talent is required to come into the office one day a week or for specific events or meetings. However, the majority of our positions are remote and can be completed from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

    Yes, you have the option to choose your preferred payment method and currency. We are able to make payments via wire transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and other platforms. Just let us know your preferred method and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    You will be paid on the last working day of each month, unless it falls on a holiday, in which case payment will be made on the previous business day. Payment frequency is monthly.
  • 5. Are there going to be any discounts on my payment?
    For contractors, COBRA will transfer the full payment amount to you without any discounts. We cover the transfer costs on our end, but please be aware that any additional fees charged by your bank or payment platform on your side, are not included. If you have any questions about discounts on your payment, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Yes, we offer moderate flexibility to our talent as long as daily and weekly goals are consistently met and meetings are attended as required by the role. However, please note that the specific terms of flexibility may vary based on the role and requirements of the position.

    Our onboarding process typically involves two interviews: one with a COBRA recruiter and one with the client. For designers, we may request to review a portfolio as part of the process.
